- Guided 60 or 90 minute Contrast Therapy Sessions (Rotating between Finnish Sauna & Ice bath)
Experience the powerful benefits of alternating heat and cold. Sessions include guided rotations between Finnish barrel sauna (80-100 degrees Celsius) and ice bath immersion.
- Heat or Cold Therapy Sessions (Traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna protocols, with the sauna temperature holding at 80-100 Celsius and Ice bath )
- 30 or 60 minute Guide Breathwork & Meditation sessions
- 30 or 60 minute Private group yoga classes (meditation and breathwork integration)
